Description

The Dr. Ralph A. Czerwinski and Dr. Deborah L. Slayton Teaching Excellence and Campus Leadership Award (formerly the Teaching Excellence and Campus Leadership Award) is given annually at Honors Convocation to an outstanding faculty member who has made a distinctive difference on campus through teaching excellence and campus leadership. Teaching and leadership excellence may be demonstrated in a variety of ways: 

• model classroom teaching, 

• campus leadership, 

• pioneering teaching methodology, 

• creative course development,  

• instructional support.  

Application Instructions

Nominations for the award must be accompanied by a supporting rationale narrative, curriculum vitae, and two or more letters of support from peers (can be on or off campus).
