Our Bonbeach care home is a modern home set in a well-established residential area, 35km's south-east of Melbourne. Close to the local community with neighbouring schools, shops, parks and transport links. It is a 96 bed care home with and dementia care and high care units.  Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. What will you bring? 

• A passion and energy for world class care 
• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential 
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes 

Just starting your career? 
Are you a registered nurse with less than 12 months experience? You’ll have the opportunity to participate in Bupa’s Graduate Program, designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive and caring environment, whilst we provide you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.
