Manufacturing Supervisor

Overview:

As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for managing one or more manufacturing and production departments. You must be willing to do hard work, tackle new challenges, work together as a team, and have the drive for the company to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises, motivates and assigns responsibilities to team members

• Uses Workday to maintain timecards,  time off requests, and other team member recordkeeping

• Monitors team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers. Provides counseling to team members, as required

• Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit

• Enforces all company work and safety rules

• Familiar with company policies and procedures, including human resources policies

• Educate direct reports to be able to operate independently and cohesively from other Manufacturing departments

• Ability to produce parts with hand tools or machine to exact specifications

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rogue products

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

• Must have manufacturing leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

• Must be able to lift 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet

• Must be familiar with various hand and power tools

• Available to work overtime - (Saturdays and/or longer hours)

• Attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
