Geneva Business Analyst

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate, detail-driven Business Analyst to join our Solutions team. What you will do:

· Act as the vital link between Operations, Solutions, Product, and Development teams. You’ll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help deliver technology-driven solutions that boost efficiency and accuracy.

· Documenting and implementing business and technical product architecture.

· Capture business flows and functional requirements with precision, making it easy for development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Share your expertise with operations teams, helping them understand and effectively utilize our products and solutions.

· Work across multiple product teams, gaining exposure to a variety of financial instruments, users, and projects. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.

What we need from you:

· BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

· At least 1 year in financial services; product and development exposure is a plus.

· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fundamental grasp of SQL for data analysis.

· Proficient in Advent Geneva, gained through hands on experience is preferred.

· Ability to examine, filter, adapt, and model data to solve complex problems.
