Responsibilities

• We expect you to warmly greet and assist guests as they enter the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• You will take accurate food and drink orders from customers while providing recommendations and detailed menu information.
• You shall promptly deliver food and beverages to tables, maintaining attention to customer needs throughout their dining experience.
• We expect you to handle payment transactions efficiently and responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and credit card processing.
• You will keep the dining area clean and organized by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and attending to spills or messes promptly.
• You shall collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and resolve any issues that may arise during operations.
• We expect you to adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards consistently, contributing to a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• You will participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and performance in the role.

Preferred Prior Experience: 

Six months of previous customer service, restaurant and/or cashier experience  

 

Preferred Education: 

High school diploma or equivalent  

Required Licenses/ Certification: 

Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment.    

Alcohol Awareness certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment
