Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enrollment-related technology systems, with a focus on Workday Student and related modules (Recruiting, Admissions, Financial Aid, Academic Records, and Student Finance).
- Serve as the functional and technical lead for Workday Student configuration and business process optimization, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with federal and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Management leaders to streamline operations and improve the student experience using digital solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements related to enrollment systems.
- Partner with IT to manage system integrations, data flows, security roles, and system updates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, training materials, and user support resources.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support strategic enrollment planning and decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor a team of functional analysts, system specialists, and technical staff.
- Stay current with higher education technology trends, Workday system updates, and regulatory changes impacting enrollment functions.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in managing enrollment or student information systems.
- 3+ years of direct experience with Workday Student, including configuration, implementation, and system management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes and related federal/state compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in higher education administration.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting tools (Prism, Workday Report Writer).
- Familiarity with data governance practices and CRM integrations (e.g., Slate).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
