Your Responsibilities

 

As a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor for JD Seeding Group located in Eldridge, IA, or Moline, IL, you will...

 

• Manage warehousing operations, multi-million budget, and third party logistics staff, ensuring that parts are received, stored and delivered to the factory on time.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Perform responsibilities associated with being Subject Matter Expert for EWM SAP module.
• Develop and maintain work instructions for warehouse operation and hazardous goods handling.

What Skills You Need

 

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or operations.
• 1-3 years of experience leading and coaching teams.
• 3 or more years of experience in SAP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 1-3 years of experience with budget management.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics.
• 1-3 years of experience with Project management.

What Makes You Stand Out

 

• Experience in material flow or warehouse management
• Experience in EWM module in SAP
• Experience in Data Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and relationship building
• Cross-functional work experience in areas such as operations, material flow, supply management
• Experience with safety and ergonomics in a manufacturing environment.

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or equivalent experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
