The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

Hours: 9:30AM-6PM Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays from 12:30-4:30PM

Location: This is an onsite role. 512 Elmwood Avenue, Sharon Hill, PA 19079

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4:

• Ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team.
• Accurately fills and counts medications. 
• Uses learned leadership skills to act as a daily team lead overseeing and training pharmacy technicians
• Coordinates work activities and monitors progress towards schedules/goals,

Required Qualifications

• 2 + years as a Pharmacy Technician
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician Team Lead or in a formal leadership role
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous training experience
• National certification, PTCB CphT

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$47,700 - $65,600 per year
