Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.  

 

The Service Department at the Videbæk office is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of wind turbines within Denmark. As a Senior Customer Account Manager, you will be part of a team consisting of 8-10 colleagues, who has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our achievements.
 

Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue of your customer portfolio, which consist of customers in Denmark. As the main Vestas contact for your customers, you will create, build and retain highly efficient relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders, resulting in high customer satisfaction as well as solid financial growth for both the customer and Vestas.

  • Act on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas to ensure that we deliver on the customers' business case, which will include communication with the planning department, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Calculate and follow up on the cost and profitability of our service contracts and negotiate sales if additional services are requested
  • Create and handle administrative routines with new or existing customers 
  • Actively participate in the handovers of new wind parks from sales and construction to ensure that all obligations in the contract are being identified and fulfilled before we take over in Service
  • Handle daily communication with customers
     

Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree combined with experience from working in a similar position in an international company
  • Experience in Contract and Claim handling
  • Commercial mind-set & technical understanding
  • Experience from working with customers with a focus on cost efficiency

  • Ability to communicate with and manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • You should be team-oriented in the way that you share your problems, knowledge, and learnings to learn and teach 
  • You should be able to work independently, and problem solve
  • Have the capability to coordinate and prioritize tasks
  • You should be skilled within English and Danish, both verbal and written. This means that you should be able to communicate on a negational level in both
