Senior IT Program Manager

What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of delivering a portfolio of strategic IT projects. From programme design to execution, you’ll ensure alignment with enterprise standards and methodologies, while leading a team of Project Managers to success. You’ll collaborate across departments, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and serve as the first point of escalation to keep delivery on track. Whether it’s refining processes, managing risks or championing change, you’ll be the driving force behind impactful transformation.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a strategic thinker, a confident leader and a skilled communicator. You’ll bring:

• Over 10 years of IT and business experience, with at least 7 years in project management, ideally within manufacturing or Life Sciences
• Proven ability to lead large programmes that deliver measurable business improvements
• Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting spend
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence, motivate and drive change across global teams

You’ll also need a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or IT (MBA preferred), and certifications in Agile (SCRUM/SAFe) and/or PMP.
