Job Title:  Engineering Services Professional (Texturing Maintenance)
 

Job Summary:

This position is located at the Milliken Cushman site in Williamston, SC and reports to the Engineering Services Manager.  This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting all processes related to the maintenance of the plant’s physical structure, equipment, and the production and environmental systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain schedule, evaluate and maintain records of Preventive Maintenance. 
• Assist area mechanics with troubleshooting various breakdowns.
• Understand and effectively participate in the plant safety process
• Assist the Engineering Services Manager in training, developing, and coaching team members:
  • Foster a working environment that promotes open communication, teamwork and individual engagement to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure safety rules are clearly understood and followed
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of
