In this role, you’ll help ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.</p> <p>If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in accuracy and organization, and thrive in a fast‑paced team setting, this position offers an opportunity to play a key role in supporting production and logistics operations.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Shipping, Receiving &amp; Material Handling</h3> <ul> <li>Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.</li> <li>Support inbound and outbound shipping schedules to meet operational deadlines.</li> <li>Verify incoming materials against packing slips and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.</li> <li>Prepare and process shipping documents, including delivery orders and bills of lading.</li> <li>Support outgoing shipments by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper packaging.</li> </ul> <h3>Inventory Control &amp; Warehouse Organization</h3> <ul> <li>Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock locations within the warehouse.</li> <li>Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities.</li> <li>Help process freight claims and respond to shipping or inventory inquiries as needed.</li> </ul> <h3>Production &amp; Equipment Support</h3> <ul> <li>Provide general support to production operations, including material staging and movement.</li> <li>Inspect and safely operate material‑handling equipment.</li> <li>Operate forklifts (sit‑down and stand‑up), pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.</li> </ul> <h3>Safety &amp; Housekeeping</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.</li> <li>Identify and report unsafe conditions and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and operations teams.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <h3>Experience &amp; Education</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required.</li> <li>1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or material handling.</li> </ul> <h3>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Basic math skills, includ
