Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst in support of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Combatant Command, Command and Control (C2) Division (AFNWC/NCC).
This is a part-time position located at Offutt AFB, NE
Responsibilities
- Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.)
- Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and other reviews as required
- Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management
- Provide administrative support functions related to the above duties, to include staff support for the senior managers and members of the organizational staff
- Research and compile information pertaining to certain projects/topics, prepares factual, clear, concise, complete and appropriately coordinated written communications
- Ensure the leadership is kept informed of all issues of interest that relate to the mission organization
- Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives
- Provide support by supplying the information and background for the preparation of program events
- Draft documents for the approval and signature of leadership.
- Disseminate program policy and specific initiative guidance for members of the organization
- Provide quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)
- Coordinate, document, monitor, and support a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings in support
- Prepare background information and invite required meeting participants ensuring documentation (such as, attendance logs, minutes, and/or action items) of the meetings are filed IAW organizational policy
- Maintain scheduling documents and requirements for video and online conferencing set up and execution, including maintaining maintenance logs on the equipment and the corresponding instructions on equipment set up and meeting execution

Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibilityCertifications: Security+ or Security+ CEEducation: High School DiplomaYears of Experience: Minimum of 20 years relevant experience to include:
- Strong knowledge of systems acquisition and program management, combined with administrative skills to support the program office to manage and report on a program, or portfolio of programs
- Knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs
- Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines.
