About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Scientist II to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in data science methodologies, statistical frameworks, and machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, automating workflows, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, clean, and process structured and unstructured data for analysis
Write efficient, maintainable code using company-standard toolsets
Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
Support small-scale analytics projects with basic project management skills
Apply domain knowledge to execute complex analytical methods relevant to our industry
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate insights into impact
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Proficiency in data science tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, SQL)
Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Minnesota:$70,200.00 - $117,100.00
