Team Leader Production Control and Production Planning (m/f/d)

As team leader of our production control and production planning, you and your team are responsible for ensuring that our production and assembly areas are supplied with our in-house manufactured assemblies on time and in line with requirements.

Your impact 

• Production planning and control of our production lines and assembly production
• Overall further development of processes and systems for the entire production control of Viessmann Werke Allendorf GmbH and Viessmann Climate Solutions SE
• Co-responsibility for the definition and further development of standards in production control
• Ensuring proper, timely throughput and SAP management of change notifications
• Target-oriented leadership and professional development of the team

Who you are

You are characterized by your independent and self-reliant work, your analytical streak and your change mentality. You are also flexible, assertive and cooperative.

• Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering or similar or technical training
• Several years of professional experience in production-related areas (production logistics, IE, controlling, production planning)
• Specialist knowledge in the areas of production control, change management and lean methods
• Good to very good knowledge of SAP PP, MM and IBP, as well as the GIB add-on and the APS detailed planning tools ( Opcenter ) or comparable tools
• Experience in leading teams is desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
