Advanced Practice Provider - Urgent Care - PRN

What you can expect at your practice:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Provides healthcare treatment for patients of all ages in a walk-in facility
• Minimum of (2) 12-hour shifts per month; must be able to work 1 weekend shift per month
• Outpatient only position with the expectation to float to Urgent Care practices in York County (East York, Shrewsbury, Queen Street, West York, and Manchester) 
• Utilizes integrated system-wide electronic health record, on site Imaging and Lab

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
• Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
