Adventist Health's revenue cycle operations are jointly operated by Huron and Adventist health. Huron provides strategic revenue cycle operations leaders (managers and above are employed by Huron), while revenue cycle associates and supervisors are badged and employed by Adventist. Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution. Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guides and directs subordinate supervisors/managers on patient access team
• Develops and implements policy and procedure recommendations to meet the needs of the Health and Hospital System and its patients;
• Oversees preparation of the budget for areas of responsibility and participates in the preparation of the annual Health and Hospital System budget.
• Prepares annual statement of goals and objectives in collaboration with subordinates;
• Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, local government, and private industry mandates;
• Ensures staff are aware and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, etc.
• Analyzes and identifies patient access service needs to determine appropriate action and make recommendations for problem resolution or procedural changes if appropriate;
• Identifies issues, risks, barriers and opportunities for improvement related to patient access area.
• Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes pertinent revenue cycle data components, and monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators;
• Develops professional and technical skill set in subordinate staff, and develop ongoing training and education ma
