Retail Associate - Katy, TX

Cigars International is looking for a driven, customer centric individual to join the team as a Retail Sales Associate at our new Katy location. Opportunities for both experienced and entry-level Retail Sales Associates are available.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Restock product and perform basic inventory tasks.

• Operate a Point-of-Sale system.

• Answer phones to field call in-orders and general questions.

• Preform standard cleaning tasks such as sweeping, sanitizing, and emptying trash.

• Assist in manufacturer events and special promotions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to engage, connect, and openly speak with customers.

• Independent thinker, logical, strategic, with a high focus and attention to detail.

• Ability to climb step ladders and restock merchandise shelving.

• Ability to work flexible shifts.
