Job Summary

Under supervision, this position is responsible for administrative application setup as well as initial application review, assisting in application coding, including but not limited to: eligibility assessment, determine coverage amounts, editing member data in the billing systems, policy requirements, investigates, researches, and diligently obtains required information on all types of applications.

Required Job Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• 2 years of experience in customer service and/or general office position which requires self-direction, initiative, and decision-making.

• Attention to Detail

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• PC proficiency and skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Self-directed and motivated

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
