Location: Remote (Portland, OR preferred)

The Role

As a Retail Brand Expression Sr Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Marketing team. Your main responsibility is to assist in defining and driving the retail brand experience strategy for HOKA's retail spaces. You will collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure our retail stores provide an exceptional consumer experience that aligns with our brand. This position requires an understanding of the go-to-market process, visual merchandising, retail brand, and creating powerful consumer experience in stores.

Your Impact

• Collaborate to create the brand experience and holistic consumer journey for HOKA stores.
• Help define and support the seasonal strategies for HOKA stores, focusing on enhancing brand moments, visual merchandising, and in-store experiences.
• Drive visual merchandising strategies and styling direction that align with brand objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive best-in-class processes that enable scalable storytelling solutions, across both Product and Brand moments.
• Drive the development and delivery of tools that benefit different regions, fostering global best practices.
• Participate in efforts to inspire and empower regions and consumers.
• Support the development and execution of the retail brand experience strategy in line with HOKA's brand objectives, ensuring a consistent and engaging consumer journey for HOKA stores.
• Assist the Retail Brand Expression Leader in building and nurturing a high-performing team that includes adjacent and support functions and regional partners.
• Collaborate with the design team and creative agencies to contribute to innovative storytelling and immersive consumer experiences.
• Foster communication and collaboration with regions to inform global strategies.
