Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and deploy AI solutions that address key business challenges. Leveraging AAI’s products (ex. AI Studio, Enterprise Knowledge) and AI technologies to high-impact solutions, ensuring they meet defined objectives, performance standards, and compliance requirements. Measuring and reporting the business value of delivered AI solutions to key stakeholders
• Providing guidance on leveraging AI and automation to address business problems while evaluating whether to build custom solutions or adopt existing technologies, considering strategic goals and resource constraints
• Addressing common challenges in generative AI, including data privacy, security, compliance (standards like standards like GDPR, ISO/IEC), ethical concerns, bias, and the accuracy of AI systems
• Promoting the adoption of advanced AI technologies, such as vector databases and knowledge graphs, ensuring effective integration to meet business needs
• Communication and Collaboration: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams
• Keeping informed about AI technology trends and advancements to incorporate insights into strategic planning and execution
• Understand scalable and distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture for seamless AI solution integration

You will be a great fit if you have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies (e.g., generative AI, vector databases, knowledge graphs) with hands-on experience in prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, compliance, and accuracy in AI applications
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives across departments
• Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies

You excel in these key competencies: 

• AI/ML Expertise: Proficiency in frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML
• Prompt Engineering & RAG: Skills in crafting effective prompts and enhancing AI outputs with external data integration
• NLP Knowledge: Strong understanding of natural language processing and conversational AI technologies
• Deployment & Operations: Experience in model deployment, monitoring, optimization (MLOps), and problem-solving
• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally
• Adaptability & Innovation: Flexibility in learning new tools and developing innovative solutions
