RN Quality Assurance Reviewer

The RN Quality Assurance Reviewer is responsible for identifying, remediating, and ensuring RN/APPs charts comply with clinical documentation standards and all relevant regulatory requirements. The position also identifies opportunities for QA continuing education, support, and professional growth for VCCs and will report to the Manager of Clinical Development & Training.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Clinical Training to identify and remediate RNs/APPs QA within weeks 4 through 12 of new hire orientation
- Collaborate with Clinical Training and Instructional Design to create Quality CE content for RNs/APPs
- Manage structured QA audits and subsequent remediation
- Create and maintain QA Dashboard for all RNs/APPs and report out findings to leadership
- Develop, deliver, and track QA performance improvement plans with collaboration from Clinical Operations leadership
- QA data management and strategic planning for upcoming needs
- Maintains proficiency in W365, TASC, and WalkMe via a minimum weekly chart prep
Requirements
- Must be CRC certified (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder)
- Registered nurse with minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel
- Flexible, energetic self-starter with the ability to work in a non-structured environment
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, make decisions, and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and pivot with organizational needs.

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $60,000 to $85,000 (annualized USD).
