Who will you be joining?

 

You will be joining the German Desk Reward & Performance team.

 

How can you make an impact?

 

You will:

• Actively steer compensation management and planning for (senior) employees of Allianz companies in Germany incl. the global holding company (Allianz SE)
• Analyse and prepare data based on SAP Success Factors
• Assist in implementing remuneration processes and project coordonation 
• Prepare various sorts of documents (presentations, results, summaries) for the operational HR functions and the business
• Prepare and carry out internal training sessions 
• Processing ad hoc enquiries about remuneration

 

 

What are you made of?

 

• Affinity for data analysis with corresponding prior knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Power BI
• Add-on, not a must: SAP Success Factors experience
• Project management experience or willingness to undergo further training desirable
• Well organized, able to drive topics forward independently, proactive
• Good knowledge of English and German (interface to Allianz SE and major German Allianz entities); German does not have to be at native speaker level, but German and English at least at C1 level
• Enjoy dealing and coordinating with many interface partners
• Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
