Product Engineer for Software and Workstations (m/f/d)

<ul> <li>Work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment</li> <li>Work closely with Advantest contract manufacturers and Advantest development, supply chain and product marketing teams in a very international environment to enable new workstation and software products</li> <li>Develop software tools and scripts supporting the manufacturing flow and automation of the entire production portfolio in our supply chain</li> <li>Accountable for ensuring tools and software for production processes are maintained and engineering changes from product generation locations are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to support production environment automation and data management.</li> </ul> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor/Master's degree in IT with good background in software engineering and HW architecture</li> <li>Experience in scripting languages (Python, Shell)</li> <li>Linux knowledge and background in server support</li> <li>Analytical skills in failure identification and problem-solving</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and strong organization and management skills</li> <li>Fluency in english and desired german lamguage skills</li> </ul>
