Sharepoint Operations Design Intern

Job Description

As a SharePoint Operations Design Intern, you will work with Product Managers, Project Managers, stakeholders, and business/customer support teams to assist with the design and organization of their development SharePoint site. You will collaborate with the teams to deliver a SharePoint site that is organized, intuitive and easy to navigate. 

You Will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze current as-is state, and determine site needs.
• Lead the design and organization of the SharePoint site.
• Work with stakeholders to understand content needs and requirements.
• Manage and track the status of the project.
• Provide clear and effective communication to bring stakeholders into alignment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Working toward an administration, design, library sciences degree or similar
• High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
• Excellent organization and communication skills 
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
• Has insatiable curiosity and the willingness to learn.
