How You Will Make an Impact

The primary objective of this role is to assist in developing, embedding, and implementing change and project management plans within Global HR and analyze and generate data insights for business stakeholders.

The main areas of responsibility will include:

• Create and execute on Change management and communication plans
• Stakeholder management
• Create presentations and apply storytelling to specific topics
• Design of guidelines and training materials
• Ad hoc administrative tasks in relation to project management; e.g. updating of project plans, coordinating stakeholder meetings, scheduling trainings etc.
• Analyse People Data and generate insights for business stakeholders
• Communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders.

What Will Make You Successful

To be successful in this role, you should have a business Master's degree and a commercial mindset, along with some experience in Communication, Change/Project management and preferably the ability and interest in analyzing and generating data insights. It would be advantageous to have experience in a global organization and an understanding of the projects conducted in this context.

Your analytical skills and ability to deliver in an independent and structured manner are essential. Proficiency in PowerPoint is required, and your natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and share knowledge will be highly valued. As the role operates in a dynamic environment, you should be capable of managing and resolving multiple tasks simultaneously.

As a person, you should have an outgoing and proactive attitude, with the ability to maintain a comprehensive overview while staying ahead to prepare necessary activities. Independence, a positive mindset, and high energy levels are important attributes. Last but not least, you should be a strong communicator in English.
