Sightline is seeking a Sightline Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Project Lead who will be responsible for SCM Workday module to include Analysis, Configuration, Implementation, Support, and Maintenance.


Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Sightline SCM/Procurement, SCM/Procurement Shared Services, and SCM/Procurement business owners throughout the enterprise to deliver SCM-related technologies.
  • Completes the production of unplanned support items.
  • Works in an agile hybrid scrum environment.
  • Attends scrum meetings to update the internal team on project status.
  • Responsible for assisting in planning and estimating their project work and logging their time on the respective projects.


Specific Devices, Software, Projects

  • Brings working knowledge of SCM and SAP into the Workday implementation and Business modernization efforts around Sightline. Many integrations with Workday are expected which will likely include other ancillary systems.
  • Future maintenance of Eightfold for Talent Management and Talent Acquisition functionality and other supporting systems are expected.


Scale/Size of Area, Project and/or System Supported

  • Supports Sightline and SCM/Procurement technical functionality and integrations for the Enterprise including Johns Hopkins Health System and Johns Hopkins University.


Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Communication liaison between SCM/Procurement business leaders and developers.
  • Ability to clearly write functional design specifications.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Requires eight years of progressively responsible experience working in a functional area (finance, HR, payroll, supply chain, sponsored projects) or working in systems analysis.
  • Requires four years of experience as an ERP system user, with the desired skills of scoping, requirements gathering/definition, documentation, testing, training, and support.
  • Requires experience with varied interpersonal and technical skills, along with demonstrated skills in interacting with members from all organizational levels to diagnose problems, develop, and implement that could be process or technically oriented.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leading projects, leading meetings with business representatives to discuss requirements, consult on system best practices, manage project expectations, and deliver quality functionality.
