Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data flows to facilitate the work of our Sales team. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with a diverse team from around the country. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Developing PowerBI dashboards and reports that are well organized and make needed actions visible and obvious.
  • Validating that PowerBI dashboards and reports meet the expectations of stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Building and maintaining interfaces using Microsoft Power Automate to update data, request approvals, and keep processes running smoothly for the organization.
  • Building and maintaining apps in Microsoft Power Apps to collect data and allow decision makers to act on requests.
  • Assisting with the monthly sales compensation process to ensure accurate and timely payments to participants in the Sales Incentive Plan.
  • Providing quality documentation of tools and processes that you maintain.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all sales operations systems and processes.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures.
  • Conducting training sessions for sales team members on new tools and processes.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher and (4) four years of sales operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment


OR

High School Diploma/GED or higher from a (completed and verified prior to start)  and (8) eight years of sales operations experience in private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience with PowerBI design and development skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in data visualization design and development tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience creating queries in PowerBI, including with the PowerQuery editor and in Advanced Editor
  • Ability to query pull data sources such as Salesforce, MS SQL, Excel, CSV, and Snowflake
  • Experience building and maintaining SharePoint lists and document libraries
  • Ability to design PowerBI user interfaces that are visually appealing and informative at-a-glance
  • Experience in operations and/or working with a sales team

Work location: Hybrid-Utah, United States

Travel: May include up to 10% [Domestic /International]
