<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Program Manager – 3rd Party Solutions (IGT Systems - Azurion)<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As Senior Program Manager for 3rd Party Solutions, you will lead cross-functional initiatives within the Azurion PMO, focusing on third-party system integration and partnership management. You play a critical role in shaping Philips IGT’s solutions ecosystem—managing strategic partnerships, driving third-party equipment performance, and ensuring operational excellence across regions.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Define and drive the 3rd Party Program roadmap in alignment with Azurion Business Program priorities.</p></li><li><p>Lead the cross-functional core team, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, procurement, marketing, quality, and regions.</p></li><li><p>Select, onboard, and manage strategic external partners to strengthen our value proposition and improve margins.</p></li><li><p>Manage regional customization requests, specials, and modifications, building strong relationships with regional sales teams.</p></li><li><p>Own the full lifecycle of integral projects: from scoping and planning to execution and delivery—covering WBS, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure program and project governance is adhered to, with clear communication, timely decisions, and risk mitigation.</p></li><li><p>Foster a winning team mindset, empowering team members and ensuring engagement, clarity, and accountability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if you have:</b></p><ul><li><p>A Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong technical and business acumen.</p></li><li><p>At least 10 years of experience managing complex business projects (including 3rd party/vendor-driven programs) in a regulated, high-tech environment.</p></li><li><p>Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, including 5+ years managing project or program managers.</p></li><li><p>Experience with project methodologies including SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge business, operations, and technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>A solid understanding of quality and regulatory standards, and experience optimizing program documentation and compliance processes.</p></li><li><p>Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
