The Apriso Solution Architect leads the design, development, and implementation of DELMIA Apriso-based MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise in Apriso, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align MES solutions with business goals.
Your role
• Architect and design end-to-end Apriso MES solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead the technical design and solution blueprinting using Apriso modules (e.g., Production, Quality, Warehouse).
• Define and manage integration strategies with ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, and automation systems.
• Create functional and technical specifications, prototypes, and reusable templates.
• Guide and mentor development teams on best practices and Apriso frameworks (e.g., Process Builder).
• Ensure on-time, defect-free delivery of MES solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards (e.g., ISA-95).
Your skills and experience
• Strong knowledge of Apriso modules, architecture, and data model.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL Server/Oracle, and Apriso Process Builder.
• Experience with MES implementation methodologies and shop floor integration.
• Understanding of material management, Kanban, and replenishment strategies.
• Experience with large-scale MES rollouts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent leadership, and problem-solving skills.
