- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
- Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or vendors at the location.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help to deter unauthorized activities.
- Complete all required documentation and submit reports on security-related incidents and observations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
