POSITION TITLE: Facilities Process Engineer, NOV Tuboscope
Position Summary:
The primary focus of this role includes design, implementation, and daily oversight of data driven solutions for NOV facilities. Projects will primarily consist of product traceability initiatives, oversight of asset management systems, and implementation of predictive maintenance through CMSS software. This position will work closely with equipment design engineers and field operations managers to implement a wide range of software including CMMS, EAM, MES, SPC, RFID, Traceability, and Genealogy technologies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform field investigation surveys to identify new opportunities to implement CMSS software initiatives.
- Oversee the field implementation of CMSS software systems including field management of 3rd party contractors.
- Maintain, modify, and upgrade CMSS software systems.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify key areas of improvement.
- Create preventative & predictive maintenance schedules based on CMSS software reports.
- Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow within NOV Tuboscope facilities.
- Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Implement a “Safety First” mentality to enhance HSE awareness for all employees & 3rd party contractors.
- Collaborating with other business units including manufacturing, operations, engineering, and HSE.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Engineering degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of CMSS software experience required (MASS Group TME® preferred).
- “Hands On” field project management experience is required.
- Ability to travel domestic and international up to 30%.
