We are currently seeking an HR Advisor that will deliver HR support to leaders and employees in Germany.</p><p>To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. Furthermore, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and different countries.</p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners in the design, implementation and execution of standard HR processes, as well as organisational and individual personnel measures, e.g. reorganisations, onboarding process & documentation, transfers, termination documents, incl. involvement of co-determination bodies (if necessary)</li><li>Take ownership of local HR projects & project tasks as well as selected HR processes and products, including their implementation and execution</li><li>Collaborate with Corporate teams to help design and deliver global processes and activities locally;</li><li>Make the matrix work – coordinate with HR in the respective Business Areas, corporate HR functions, HR shared services and HR in other countries to ensure great HR delivery for leaders</li><li>Coordinate and manage the transition of transactional HR activities to our HR Service Delivery and Global People Experience teams and support HR Business Partners in non-transactional HR activities</li><li>Ensure adherence to employer responsibilities and related legislation, agreements and policies in Germany through solid advisory to leaders</li><li>Build strong relationship and handle fruitful discussion with the works council</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant university degree (e.g. business administration)</li><li>3-5 years’ experience from HR roles where you work to ensure great support and advice to leaders and employees</li><li>Experience from working in an international matrix organisation of advantage</li><li>Basic knowledge of German employment law</li><li>Experience from collaboration with employee representatives</li><li>Self-driven and solution oriented</li><li>Good business acumen and ability to provide data-driven advice to leaders</li><li>Collaborative mindset and ability to work efficiently with others to deliver</li><li>Good communication skills (oral and written), both in German and English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities and the future.
