The Commercial Leader – (PolyJet (including Fashion), P3 & SL) will lead the go-to-market plan and implementation for the Stratasys photopolymerization solutions category in AMER to achieve aggressive growth goals.   

 

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary business champion in AMER for Stratasys photopolymerization solutions and is evaluated on profitable growth of the related technologies and solution business (printers, post processing, materials, service contracts and SW)
• Develops multi-year go-to-market plan to scale adoption, annual operating plan, and commercial programs in AMER working closely with the Consumer & Fashion HC&C BU Sales SVP, AMER Marketing, Photopolymerization Solutions Application Engineer and with input from cross-functional teams.
• Develops multi-year business program for CPG key Accounts and Targeted Accounts and execute it via account management with the objective to reach higher level of additive manufacturing adoption as well as new use case joint development. Set KPIs and measure  success.
• Leads new product introduction by ensuring product readiness, leading initial customer engagements, ensuring white-glove install/post experience, and knowledge transfer to certified channels.
• Partners with the teams cross-functionally to ensure proper execution of focused marketing campaigns, sales/AE enablement initiatives, and customer service communications & initiatives.
• Analyzes performance in detail across the relevant product category and recommends adjustments to operating plan or multi-year strategy to achieve desired results.
• Serves as the lead in collecting photopolymerization-based Solutions customer requirements and works with the HC&C Unit product organization to support immediate and future customer needs and opportunities.
• Represents company externally together with customers and events in advancing Stratasys’ position in the photopolymerization market.
• Reporting directly to Consumer & Fashion HC&C BU Sales SVP

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field OR 10+ years of equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of degree
• 10+ years of direct experience in customer program management, business development, and/or go-to-market strategies.
• 5+ years of previous work experience with 3D printing technology.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting 
• Strong leadership skills; ability to coach team members and engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, product, and marketing.
• Passion for efficiency; highly organized and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Exemplary communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate at all professional levels.
• Proven capacity in critical thinking, data analysis, and data-driven decision making.  
• Demonstrated team builder with an ability to mentor and influence others to drive positive outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: up to 25%
