Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Principal Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across OCI’s strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, legal, finance, and sales to ensure the seamless execution of partnership programs—from contract finalization to technical integration, sales enablement, and go-to-market readiness. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology operations, combined with strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills. You will oversee program plans, define KPIs, manage partner onboarding timelines, and ensure commitments are delivered with precision and transparency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, excels at connecting strategy with execution, and can translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable delivery outcomes across global teams.
Primary Job Duties- Manage end-to-end partnership programs, including deal onboarding, technical integration, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional program governance—defining timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across engineering, product, and operations.
- Drive post-deal execution by ensuring partner integrations are successfully launched and supported through internal and external coordination.
- Build and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms to measure execution health, partner readiness, and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with partner engineering and product management to translate business agreements into executable technical milestones.
- Facilitate program reviews and executive updates, ensuring clear communication of risks, blockers, and progress across stakeholders.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, including provisioning, environment setup, access controls, and support model alignment.
- Support sales enablement by ensuring all partner assets, reference architectures, and pricing materials are delivered on schedule.
- Identify and drive process improvements that improve program efficiency and partner time-to-market.
- Serve as a central point of contact for both internal and partner teams, ensuring accountability and alignment throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in program management or strategic operations within a cloud service provider or large-scale enterprise technology organization.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving technical integrations, product launches, or ecosystem partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, legal, and finance to translate contracts into execution plans.
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet, and ability to build reporting dashboards for leadership.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems a strong plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
