This is a remote position.

• Coordinate with regional managers to organize and deliver specialist training programs tailored to diverse client needs.
  
• Partner with instructors to ensure high-quality, industry-relevant training.
  
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns as part of a digital marketing strategy to promote training programs.
  
• Promote courses across various platforms (e.g., social media, educational forums, professional networks) to drive engagement.
  
• Identify and engage relevant audiences, showcasing the benefits of our courses to attract and convert participants.
  
• Boost customer engagement and program participation through creative and effective marketing campaigns.
  
• Track and report on campaign performance to refine and optimize future strategies.
  

Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the UAE.
  
• 0–2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  
• Strong communication and team management skills for effective collaboration.
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email and platform-specific marketing.
  
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
