BMS Project Lead

We’re on the hunt for a Project Lead to join our team! You’ll be the go-to person for installing and designing BMS and EPMS in critical data center projects across the nation.

What You'll Do:

• Manage our on-site presence, managing complex control systems installations.
• Lead a team to optimize project performance.
• Keep everyone in the loop, documenting project tasks and schedules.
• Nurture customer relationships for top-notch satisfaction.
• Travel and work independently from start to finish on new projects.
• Tweak and troubleshoot systems to keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel, happy to be on-site for the project’s life.
• 5-10 years of electrical leadership, especially in building automation.
• 5-10 years in commercial construction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience keeping projects on time and budget.
