✅ Early Applicant Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (preferably pursuing a degree in a related field).
• Demonstrated passion for social impact, community development, and affordable housing.

• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Commitment to the full internship duration (specific to the selected cohort).
• Previous internship experience or relevant coursework (preferred but not required).
