- Look for ways to scale operations for growth & optimize operational processes and procedures.
- Assist with pre & post payroll tasks.
- Facilitate Uplight leave process with care & empathy.
- Drive process automation and improvements including UKG optimization.
- Manage special projects for the People Operations Team.
- Lead updates to policies, guides, & artifacts for the People Team.
- Identify ways to improve employee experiences.
- Track and report on operational performance.
- Assist with improvements to the onboarding & offboarding process.
- International employee management through Employer of Record partnership.
- Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts.
- A successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in roles responsible for benefit & leave administration, driving projects, change management, process improvement, and/or operational support within Human Resources, ideally within technology companies.
- Proven track record of delivering change initiatives using problem identification, cross-functional team leadership & change management technology solutions.
- Able to solve complex procedures with a high level of independence.
- Confident Google Suite user.
- You have a strong sense of customer service for internal stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner in a cross-functional environment.
- Thoughtful leadership and strong management capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships across a range of styles and cultures to form networks within and outside the company.
- Business and personal integrity.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver a well-thought-out plan and accurate product/presentation.
- Strong HR generalist knowledge & ability.
- SHRM or PHR certification
