About the role
Olo is growing and looking for a Sales Enablement Associate to help train and empower our go-to-market team. You will partner cross functionally and have an instrumental role in the ramp for new sellers.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement you will execute new hiring onboarding and work closely with Sales leadership to uncover learning and development opportunities.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do
- Facilitate new Sales hire training and provide feedback on completed onboarding activities. Act as a point of contact for new sellers throughout their onboarding program
- Assist with large-scale enablement programming, especially GTM Kickoffs, QBRs, and other programs.
- Work closely with Sales leadership and Human Resources to track, measure and identify areas for improvement across the go-to-market organization
- Collaborate closely with Managers of new Sales hires to provide support during and post-onboarding
- Identify and suggest ways to improve current programs, upskill the team, and provide continuous training opportunities for the sales organization
- Provide ongoing or additional training to go-to-market team members based on skill set and/or competency
- Assist with updating the sales onboarding and continuous learning curriculum
What We'll Expect From You
- 5 years in a SaaS organization and or technology-related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales enablement role
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design and development, and training technologies
- You have experience with coordination, collaboration and organization with cross-functional teams, and are highly detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High energy level, self-motivated, positive, and able to relate well with diverse populations of all levels
- Great organization skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for process improvement and helping others succeed
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Guru, Lessonly, or other similar GTM technologies
