Applicant’s main job responsibilities will be to maintain and oversee the grounds of Western Express, which includes our HQ building, Recruiting building and gym facilities, Shop and Body Shop, Drivers Lounge, and Orientation Building, along with the lot, and any additional facilities on an as needed basis. The applicant will report directly to the Senior Facility Maintenance Technician and will be responsible for communicating with him on the status of the current jobs being worked out. In addition, the applicant will report to the executive team to ensure that all requests are met in a timely manner.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, forklift operation, filter replacement, grounds keeping, painting, and general facility maintenance.

Ensure safety of all associates on campus.
