Are you ready to take your executive support expertise to the next level? Join Tommy Hilfiger as an Executive Assistant and play a key role in driving the success of our Product team. Acting as the right-hand to senior leadership, you’ll ensure seamless operations, enable efficiency, and support innovation at the heart of our global business.

Responsibilities

• Calendar & Email Management: Strategically manage executive schedules and inboxes, ensuring preparation and productivity.

• Meeting Support: Coordinate agendas, capture action points, and ensure clear communication across teams.

• Presentations & Projects: Create high-quality presentations and manage special projects with precision.

• Travel & Events: Coordinate domestic/international travel and support mid-size EMEA events end-to-end.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships, collaborate with EAs across the business, and guide assistants when needed.

• Expenses & Invoices: Oversee expenses and invoice processes, ensuring timely and accurate approvals.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 5+ years supporting SVP-level executives (ideally multiple leaders).

• Organization: Expert at prioritizing, planning ahead, and making strategic support decisions.

• Communication: Clear, professional, and confidential at all levels.

• Problem-Solving: Strategic mindset with proactive solutions to drive efficiency.

• Detail Orientation: High attention to detail and fast, accurate delivery.

• Collaboration: Strong networker with a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
