About the role

The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. With warm hearts, we create the coolest products.</p><p></p><p><b>JOB PURPOSE:</b></p><p>Quality is a key driver of competitive advantage in the Ice Cream business. The <b>Partners Expert</b> plays a crucial role in embedding a strong culture of quality within the business, ensuring that every product delivers the best experience to delight our consumers.</p><p></p><p>As a Global Partner Expert, you’ll work closely with the Global Partner Quality Manager to support the development and implementation of quality initiatives in Global Suppliers and Collaborative manufacturers.</p><p></p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the Supplier Quality Program through coordination of assessments, documentation, and follow-up on quality actions</p></li><li><p>Assist in the onboarding and qualification of new suppliers and collaborative manufacturers (CMs)</p></li><li><p>Contribute to maintaining and updating key quality documentation, including Supplier and CM Quality Manuals and Service Quality Agreements</p></li><li><p>Help manage audit preparation and follow-up, ensuring timely completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)</p></li><li><p>Collaborate in training sessions and quality capability building for suppliers and CMs</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation and tracking of digital tools for supplier and CM quality performance</p></li><li><p>Participate in regular reviews and cross-functional meetings to share updates and progress on quality-related initiatives</p></li><li><p>Assist in compiling and analyzing quality data to generate insights and drive improvement actions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: </b></p><p><b>SKILLS : </b></p><ul><li><p><b>Strong leadership: </b>A proven leader who is committed and enthusiastic</p></li><li><p><b>Good prioritization skills: </b>ability to navigate between the many tasks and being able to ruthlessly prioritize those activities that are most important/urgent.</p></li><li><p><b>Analytical skills: </b>utilize data analysis tools to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve overall product quality.</p></li><li><p><b>Auditing skills</b>: a clear understanding and ability to assess and act upon product safety, quality, efficacy, and compliance risks.</p></li><li><p><b>Effective Communication</b> <b>and stakeholder management</b>: ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</p></li><li>
