About the Position: 
We are searching for a Business Intelligence (BI) analyst to collaborate with county departments and improve government services through data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior BI Architect. They will identify business needs, design solutions, and build reports and visualizations that generate new insights. SCHEDULE: 

This position operates on our four-day work week (Monday-Thursday).  
This limited position is hybrid, with remote work and in-office work as determined by business need. 

 

COMPENSATION:  

Hiring Range: $27.03- $32.05 USD Hourly 

Compensation will be determined based on education, experience and skills. 

 

BENEFITS: 

The employment status is Limited (Fixed-Term) and is eligible for personal medical coverage following the month after hire.   

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Support efforts implementing a data culture within the organization 

  • Work with users and departments to understand their goals and gather requirements 

  • Collaborate with senior BI staff to recommend solutions 

  • Utilize best practices to design, develop, and support Power BI visualizations 

  • Publish reports and dashboards using Power BI for sharing and collaboration 

  • Work on different metrics and calculations using Power BI functions 

  • Conduct analyses that produce relevant insights about strategic and operations initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
