The opportunity

To support Teva’s Pivot to Growth strategy, the Executive Management Team has established a Strategy & Transformation Office. This office leads the development, coordination, and execution of key strategic priorities in close collaboration with senior leaders across the organization.


We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to join this dynamic team and contribute to high-impact initiatives alongside top organizational leaders.

 

Reporting directly to the Head of the Strategy & Transformation Office, the selected candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across all global strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, synthesizing insights, and providing regular updates to Executive Management Team to support informed decision-making. Additionally, the role involves resolving cross-functional challenges, fostering alignment, and ensuring smooth execution of the Pivot to Growth strategy.
This is a high-visibility position that demands the ability to work with complex information and distill it into clear, actionable frameworks to support strategic decisions.

How you’ll spend your day

Key responsibilities of the Strategy Office Partner will include:

  • Partnering with leaders to drive progress across strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
  • Developing executive-level summaries and presentations that synthesize insights, progress, and key decisions for leadership reviews.
  • Supporting the resolution of cross-functional challenges by facilitating collaboration and alignment among diverse teams.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and results.
  • Contributing to the development and evolution of strategic frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance execution excellence.
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to accelerate impact and outcomes.
  • Supporting the Head of Strategy & Transformation Office in ad hoc strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
  • Monitoring and assessing initiative performance through structured tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  • Manage the strategic priorities dashboard and deliver monthly updates to the Executive Management team.
  • Proactively identify critical issues and collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Ensure updates and initiatives remain aligned with our financial planning processes, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP), through ongoing coordination and refinement.
  • Establish a reputation as a dependable advisor to the senior leaders and other leadership cohorts, fostering connectivity and encouraging innovating thinking,
  • Prepare comprehensive materials for the monthly Executive Management updates, including detailed summaries of milestone and KPI progress, along with context for any delays or risks.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications teams to develop and deliver content for key internal and external strategic communications on the pivot to growth strategy. 

Your experience and qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in applying management consulting methodologies, with experience leading complex projects.
  • Demonstrated success in driving initiatives across multiple business functions, including Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, and Business Development.
  • Demonstrated history of embracing an enterprise-wide perspective.
  • Strong capability in project planning and execution, including establishing governance structures, managing timelines, and proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
  • Solid understanding of strategy, operations, and business management, enabling a well-rounded perspective on risk and compliance.
  • Skilled in defining problem statements, delivering results under tight deadlines, and promoting collaboration across teams.
