Days/Hours Vary, 1 weekend shift per month requirement

Customer Support Nurse (PRN) Position Summary:

The Customer Support Nurse will provide quality, and timely, response and resolution to callers, which shall be consistent with Hosparus Health’s established policies and procedures. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Support Nurse will be to provide telephonic management of patient symptoms based on the patient’s plan of care and Hosparus symptom management algorithms.Supports all types of phone work queues. Utilize on call staff appropriately when needed for visits.

Customer Support Nurse (PRN) Position Qualifications:
• Must hold current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kentucky/Indiana or the ability to obtain upon hire.
• Certified Registered Nurse Hospice (CRNH) and/or Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required.
• At least 2 years hospice experience, preferred.
• Use of technology-based tools, including electronic medical record, strongly preferred.
