  • Elevate ServiceNow capabilities by optimizing HAM Pro/Enterprise functionality and improving discovery, reconciliation, and reporting processes

  • Drive process improvements that simplify workflows, increase automation, and enhance the experience for internal stakeholders

  • Partner across IT, clinical, and business teams to align technology with real-world needs and improve outcomes

  • Contribute to strategic direction by influencing roadmap decisions and advancing a mature, forward-thinking ITAM practice

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of direct Hardware or IT Asset Management experience

  • Proficiency in ITIL and ITAM frameworks, including CMDB relationships, data models, and discovery/reconciliation processes

  • Associate Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Equivalent Experience:

  • In lieu of a degree: 4 years of direct IT Asset Management experience plus a High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management or 7+ years of broader ITAM experience

  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM, especially HAM Pro or Enterprise

  • Deep understanding of ITIL/ITAM frameworks, CMDB structure, and lifecycle management best practices

  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business improvements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and integration into a mature ITAM program

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CSAM, CHAMP, CITAM)

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments

  • Passion for continuous improvement and building scalable, sustainable processes

What We Offer

  • Meaningful work that directly supports patient safety and care outcomes

  • A collaborative culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and shared purpose

  • Competitive compensation aligned to experience and impact

  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, and retirement plans

  • Professional growth through certifications, training, and career development

  • Strong work-life balance with a consistent first-shift schedule

  • A team that values your ideas, voice, and development
