Join the MercyOne team as a Compliance Specialist where you'll play a key role in supporting our Corporate Compliance Program. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with leaders, physicians, and associates to drive improvement through audits, monitoring, investigations, and education. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, helping identify and address compliance risks, ensure proper documentation and reimbursement, and respond to government inquiries. If you're passionate about process improvement, regulatory compliance, and making a meaningful impact across a healthcare system, we’d love to meet you!

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5-7 years of healthcare experience preferred
