• Available to be on-call for evenings and weekends to support teammates in the field. 
• Additional duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management, preferably in a related industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
