Senior SAP Basis Administrator

BridgePhase is currently seeking a Senior Basis Administrator to join our dynamic team supporting a Government customer in Chantilly, VA. Due to client requirements, this is a 100% onsite role.  All candidates must also possess an active Top-Secret security clearance. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions, S/4HANA 
• Proven experience supporting the operation of technical SAP system landscapes 
• Experience identifying technical issues proactively, define action plan and drive the resolution process 
• Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations) and support with ongoing projects 
• Deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies 
• Experience providing Basis support for projects involving HANA and S/4HANA 
• Understanding of the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs. 
• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines. 
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively. 
• Comfortable working in both a Windows and Linux environment  
• Knowledge/Experience in performance tuning, User Management, System copies, and Unicode Conversion 
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation. 
• Any experience in Fiori install and configuration highly desired 
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.
